Summit Performance Lab provides tactical fitness training programs, workshops, and educational resources designed specifically for law enforcement, fire/EMS, and military personnel. Our services include:
- Online training programs delivered through TrainHeroic
- Career-specific fitness programming
- Team training and department workshops
- On-site training sessions
- Educational resources and assessments
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription Programs
Our subscription programs are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Tactical Subscription: $30/month
- Career-Specific Subscription: $35/month
- Team Training: $45-$65/month per member (custom pricing)
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.
Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.
Our training programs involve physical exercise and activity. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
- You are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
- You assume all risks associated with participation in our programs
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation
- Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and training materials, is the property of Summit Performance Lab and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:

- Any errors or omissions in our content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Performance Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
